Today I got confirmation that 60,000 of my shares got transferred to my late mate's two teenage children . My mate was a guy that took opportunities. His eulogy a year ago inspired me to invest in EXR. I have asked his children to hold onto these shares and study Mongolia starting with the Ghengis Khan videos..... I am glad I kept this promise....
