Low volume again, just under 2.5 million shares traded for a total value of $344,697 and a VWAP of 14.2c, which is an increase on the VWAP of 14c from yesterday - so the average price paid for a piece of EXR was in fact a 1.43% increase today.

14.2c is also an increase of 2.16% on the VWAP from last weeks trade.

So, ignore the manipulated closing price and focus on the strong consolidation (an small increases) as we wait for more news.

100% What does today closing price matter anyway? what matters is the price offered in the take over when it happens (for those playing at home, the notable absence of the word 'if' in the last sentence was intentional).
