I often think of the resulting barrage of incoming money and offers to EXR by end of nextyear, to the simple yet terrifying and effective Hitchcock film The Birds. It starts off as a steady couple of seaguls having a look around, not really disrupting anything, and develops into a terrifying and overwhelming influx. Hopefully the terror we experience is more exuberance and elation on the same level when the SP and company value is multiples of where it is now.
