Look its all a risk. Comes down to how well the gas flows to be honest. If it's a ripping pilot program, there will be a very high amount of interest. I seriously believe we will get taken over. It's a matter of commercially proving gas flows will be ok, which I
think they will be, and then marketting our reserves.
I don't even think it will be EXR when a pipeline gets laid, I think we will have a small domestic market to start making money and then we will be taken over.
