As far as i am aware Directors and employees and their associates may only trade in BBI Stapled Securities during designated “Trading Windows”. I recognize that designated officers are prohibited from trading in BBI Stapled Securities while in the possession of unpublished price sensitive information. I see that on 26 August 2009 is Full Year Results announcement and CEO Kendrew was quoted as saying he was hopeful of a DBCT sale by the end of the 1st quarter. My question is ,does anyone know when these designated trading windows occur? How long are these trading windows?
