Well yes it actually does as Max has pointed out Ad Nauseum...
1. Why take it out in the first place if unused...... wasted SH funds.
2.The company did state what it was to be used for. Has it not done what it said?
3. Given that the funding has not materialised to date and is overdue, then one would think the BRIDGING funds are more necessary than ever, let alone paid back.
4. If it's paid back, there would have been an announcement.
