1&2. The company always intended paying back this money with the conversion of the OA’s. We will find out over the coming week as the last couple of 3B’s are released how many of these were converted. I have not questioned what the money has been used for, not sure how that is relevant if they follow through with the original plan to pay it back with the money from the options?

3. if they haven’t spent all the bringing money, then they still have some if they pay back the loan with money from the OA’s. If they have spent it, then they will have to put things on hold until funding, however, they are still 3 months further progressed than had they not taken out the loan.

4. This is a serious question, do companies need to make an announcement when they pay back a loan? I wouldn’t have thought they would.
