Don't know what the fuss is about.
Didn't get approval to drill until July last year.
Drill contract wasn't signed till September and by late October Transocean had already indicated that the Legend wasn't going anywhere until middle of Feb at the earliest.
Annoying obviously but hardly the stuff of conspiracies.
Next week we'll be on the way to drill Boreas and then we will really have something to think about.
