I am 100% convinced that someone is definately taking a large holding. Yesterday there were 3.5M purchase lots being bought up cheap, and today we have another two more trades at 3.5M shares a piece. This would mean that over 10M+ shares have already been bought, in all liklihood from the same buyer... it seems too much of a coincidance that this magic buy 3.5M number keeps happening. These bots are working overtime keeping the price down, while allowing this person to snatch millions of cheap shares! I am suprised that whoever is behind this is being so obvious!

Does anyone know how many shares must one person or entity own before they have to declare?
