It's called shaking out the (last of the) weak hands.....into the hands of the strong.

After sales in the 0.6 range in previous weeks, sales in modest volumes at 0.4 are bound to rev up the 'sky is falling' crew, especially some long suffering shareholders.

The point of capitulation is well & truly here.
