You would think so. They told shareholders the end of Q2, and that obviously won;t happen now. Unfortunately, the ASX is very lax around this sort of thing, particularly with 'penny dreadful' stocks.

Just with Carnegie alone, shareholders were never officially notified of the failures of the projects in Canada and Chile. I knew because I contacted them, but there was never an announcement made. The same with the ever-shifting deadlines for completion of the PWEP (should have been running by 2013).

Let's hope it doesn't affect the remaining grant monies.
