Don't worry you can take your anger out at the ballot box in a few years. Mass scale backs and brokers forcing retail investors to trade parcels over the phone compared to cheaper online trading and not refunding our money in a timely manner so we can invest elsewhere. The whole process stinks when institutions are getting a better trading deal than retail.
