Interesting points ocka/frack. It is only a matter of time (imo) that this educated, information savy up and coming generation hold the government accountable! Us baby boomers are essentially hogging all the wealth in property etc. their super annuation isnt the be all end all nest egg the powers to be would have us believe (goal posts keep moving) they will have to work till they're at least 70 and be taxed to the hilt etc. etc. and WHY?? Because their representation THE GOVERNMENT, is letting their future earnings (tax royalty revenue) from commodities (i/o for example) be given away by a group of short sighted bone heads! The Chinese would be laughing! I doubt they would ever close all their higher cost mines, subsidising this rediculous price makes good sense on their part! Imagine how many billions this knocks of the price of China's imports? Something tells me there will be a shake out one way or the other very soon!
