I personally think the IER won't be positive for the "No" voters. "Reasonable" only has to consider present conditions in the market such as big uncertainty in io price etc, Will the IER mention the Greek crisis and the Chinese share narket meltdown? I bet Todd is only hoping!

But the point is, Todd is not even taking on the risk with this option agreeement. And sh are saying well the present is bad but just like the foresightedness of Todd the future is worth investing in, The IER, I doubt will mention this but we can always hope.

Otherwise why should Todd bother and why would we "NO" voters. After saying all this, it appears that we have more in common with Todd than those who are supposed to be representing us, and that is where it really hurts the most!
