Yes it could be worse. Probably a fair response given the news. Likely no TBI nor concussion markets are going to be tapped.
A positive ann regarding resumption of the concussion trial and/or funding for another TBI trial would hopefully give a boost.
Hoping the licence deal is on clinical value and not on the current SP.
