possible binwood, but buying heavy in the closing auction kind of goes unnoticed as markets then close and everyone goes away, sleep on it and start again tmrw. It's also a way of trying to disguise your intent. Same goes for buying volume late in the day... draws less attention to your actions.

obviously, these large orders could be shorts covering, or someone squeezing the shorts... where's @gordongreggy ??
or is it just outright accumulation, i.e. MIN, GLC, Ganfeng. Someone at Macquarie called China and said 'quick, they don't believe us anymore, move to strategy 2'.
