I think it is more than just dilution binwood, and in fact a net reduction in shorts.
quick maths;
Prior to MIN issuance: 1,151 x 3.14% = 36.14m
Post MIN as at Friday: 1,259 x 2.46% = 30.97m
Unless the 2.46% is excluding Friday?
