Totally agree.
At AGY it seems like management and the board WEREN'T even doing the basics.
Now like BGS and AGY today...SuperNinja has come on board to try and shake it up. Both companies like PLS are seriously undervalued.
I even remember SN trying to help PLS board a while back but got knocked back.
These BOD need to wake up and get the hell out of the way and stop playing games with our investments!
