Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse are identified as the key brokerages behind the short selling / price manipulation of PLS throughout 2016. ASX Insights clearly indicate their activity is illegal and that the regulator, based on past experience, will take little notice unless enough public pressure is applied. It's your money, your company that is being devalued here and this is likely to continue until PLS is valued on the basis of actual returns once it is in production. It is in your best interests to forward this presentation to the PM, the Minister of Finance, ASIC and tell them you expect the laws which are there to protect the stock market from this kind of manipulation are enforced. Shorters make money by creating nervousness in start ups, they especially target promising projects which have the turnover to allow their ongoing manipulation and with that solid turnover they are able to make solid profits from small variations in prices (using algorithms / automatic selling). No surprise that PLS has been a key "short sellers target" (paradise) ... PLS was the most shorted ASX stock in 2016 according to this ASX Insights presentation. The best solution for PLS shareholders is to : (i) ignore the downrampers on here (just don't reply, don't give them the oxygen they seek); (ii) don't sell into shorters hands ... meaning, treat PLS as a medium to long term investment and make your decisions on the basis of investment reports, company presentations, lithium analysis and your own research, RATHER than treating PLS as a daily trading stock (iii) COMPLAIN to the PM, ASIC and copy them with the link to the ASX Insights presentation; (iv) email Ken B and ask PLS to request, on behalf of its shareholders, that laws designed to protect the proper functioning of the market, which make market manipulation illegal, are enforced and those involved in these illegal activities prosecuted.
