PLS is one announcement away..... it's priced about right until the mining and finance are announced because the fundamentals are encouraging enough for that level of speculation. How far she jumps on any announcement is yet to be seen. How far and how quickly she falls back until production starts, will depend on the rumour mill for a take-over
