Not over reacting... the SP has gone from 90c high to 36c in 12 months - sell side is stacked, buy side is subdued, but yet the company is progressing and 'nothing has changed' - LOL
Read the chart and the amount of shareholders in red... never good for a company. If/when the SP reaches in the 20's, who would of be overreacting now by selling in 30's or holding until it hits 20's....
Fundamentally the SP is tanking, that is usually a better indicator than your perception of the 'nothing has changed with this company' statement. I hope that works with your trading...
