with a very small company like TRS- it sometimes only takes a very small trade that is "unrealistic" to sway the herd into buy or sell motion.

that said, they are probably brokers who don't have to pay any commission on their own trades. they can buy or sell and still cash in.
even if they can manipulate the SP by 1%, and they had only 10K in the kitty, they still make dough.
