    I Agree with you CLA.I believe OEL and BYE are talking just that.The manned rig means you got to focus on areas that will feed it.OEL needs to focus on what they have now,SM71 and possibilities nearby.
    Alaska is possibly awhile
    Away and Tanzania is evolving as a dangerous
    Play if it goes legal.Costs are daunting but damages if you loose?
