They are still trading because one the board is a barrister (JF) and knows how to keep them just within the law. Also one of the biggest individual unsecured ceditors is owed circa $AU 1 million but is reluctant to wind CTO up. Why I don't know ML would pay many of their debts out of his (shareholders') pockets. (Shareholders'made him a millionaore). The ATO should also wind them up and the ASX should have them delisted for breaking many of the listing rules. The list goes on and on. My thoughts only. DYOR.
