Just for your Info, I sent the following email to the ASX.
"Dear Dean,
I refer to the latest announcement from SENETAS (SEN) regarding a correction to an earlier announcement for a share placement. What's going on with this company? Surely they can't be that incompetent? They seem to lodge false and misleading announcements, trading halts and suspensions at will without regard to the long suffering shareholder and, it seems, without fear of any punitive threat from the regulators. What is the ASX going to do about it and should ASIC not also be involved now!
I am not happy (nor should you be) with the response to your query.
