Yes Whisky, my theory on the accumulating a higher price is that the timeframe to accumulate is shrinking and they are being forced higher to get the number of shares they want. They don't have the time to be patient while others lose their patience at lower levels.
I think the slight pull back this week was to see if they could get a good number of shares filling the void up to 10c.
