5 years knowing that if they wanted it they had to cough up a mil if all went to plan. Shouldn’t have been in this position. Phase 1 took 6 months longer than they had initially trumpeted to market. The delay was buried in an investor presentation in September 2017. Took the cash bonuses without the company generating any revenue. Couldn’t be arsed throwing any of that to exercise their oppies. Some of the comments here are apathetic at best. Let’s not disincentive them in response to their cheeky motion. There is a name for this ... battered women's syndrome. Our interests are aligned ... you pay 4 cents for yours, less than 2% of the share price. Might be time for a board spill.
