I dont doubt there havent been examples of other small companies losing the plot entirely, forgetting what their core function is, and treating the funds of the company like their own personal piggy bank.
Did they mention how that working behaviour, self over good governance, panned out for those other companies?
Just because they did it, doesnt make it good business.
