You'd have to be forgiven for questioning the bias in this assumption.
Perhaps an independent view should have been sort to support these "claims"? as exercising just 10% with cash is an insult given the period they have been issued is nearly 5 years.
Whatever happens, our board have got a PILE of individual holders offside and that damage is done regardless if the for or against gets up.
