Probably the biggest reason is the fact we are a public company and should not be in the business of granting personal loans. Regardless of whether we can afford it. The fact remains it is not our area of business and the intent of the Directors to use these shares to pay off the debt was made abundantly clear by their escrow clause (they would have escrowed the lot with no exemption clause if they were intent on holding onto them).

They are just hoping they get to sell at a higher rate rather than the current market price otherwise they would have taken a different path.
