There’s no way they considered retrospective cashless exercise. Would have passed.
They wanted all the options, just don’t want to pay for them up front. Shabby. Greedy.
By all means go to bank and borrow money to convert. How much lower is the shareprice than it would have been if they had put their own coin into conversion?
