I doubt I would count as a chartist, but I have been on this since July 2014 with a little trading when required. T/A wise it does seem to have followed a fairly perfect Elliot Wave since then complete with an ABC reversal, before getting boringly stuck in a band around February. It is definitely out of that band now so with luck this might form a new trend and in the right direction this time.
I've attached two charts. 2nd is a daily 1 year which doesn't read as well as it should because the volume is compressed due to the 20m a while back, but it is rising as is the RSI. 1st is the 10 year monthly showing the EW. Both look pretty encouraging and give a better than even chance to be in the 60s soonish.
