OK LT, guess I will have to accept that. But I will add the opinion that this is not a good look for our prospects of a near (or even medium) term SP appreciative deal. Why would our main backer part with $11,650,000 (assuming he was the seller of both parcels) worth of his holding if there was the smell of a substantially greater profit on the horizon.
[Perhaps he is doing one of his buddies a favour - that is all I can think of.]
Looks like we had better bunker down for continued stabilisation of SP around the $2.50 mark, which will disappoint quite a few on this forum.
