Who knows what Lang Walker’s reasoning or motivation might be.
And bear in mind that he doesn’t get it right 100% of the time.
For example, he bought a 13% stake in BTC in March 2016 @ $0.115 per share. He opted to sell his entire holding last August, for a loss, @$0.10. Six months later, BTC is trading @ $0.16.
Walker sold another “side-interest” investment last week. After two directors had knocked back a consortium bid, Walker accepted an offer for his 50% holding in Macarthur A-League for a reported profit. Walker purchased the 50% stake in late 2018 for $7 million.
Who knows what Lang Walker’s reasoning or motivation might be....
