cortinaboy, difficult to answer those questions but i think the DOW going up and down doesn't help as it creates a lot of uncertainty. We are not privy to all of the correspondence that takes place between AVX and the FDA. Hopefully things will be sorted out pretty soon before too many punters lose patience. I'm holding on for FDA approval as this should provide a lot of credibility to their results. I'm also waiting for some sort of licensing/partnership/ takeover deal to occur. But i'm prepared to be patient unlike some others today.
