Maybe the minister is holding out for a better deal?, i see in the papers today that the Phillipine President is in serious trouble over multi million deal that was under the table. Has anyone been in touch with management at Pelican and asked some serious questions as to why nothing has happened with the MPSA? And while i'm on that subject, isn't it time the company showed some consideration to their shareholders and gave us some home truths as to why this has not been issued after all this time? Becoming VERY SUSPECT!
