regards the comment "scuppered the rest of the Australian Potash industry now", i suggest it is the other way around. apc has been the steady performer, quietly doing its work to a high standard from what i can see, the initial failure of kll, then the recent administration of so4 have scuppered apc and the industry as a whole.
perhaps look to the nickel laterite industry for a direct comparison; the first player/project was too small and could never make a profit, the second player went too big too early and fell over, it was the third, steady performer that eventually made the technology work and built a profitable business - that is still running.
maybe like the tortoise, sometimes you need to go slow to go fast....
