Centro do not have to wipe out all of their debt, just some of it. It would not be very prudent for them to do so because that would dilute our shareholding considerably.
I have spoken previously to a significant Centro shareholder who was thinking in this direction a few months back who made mention that [words to the effect]: these assets only come up for sale as a once in a lifetime opportunity.
