    Heres an idea, don't know if it would be likely and just speculation.

    A T/O offer for CNP (or the group) is put forward to shareholders, assuming someone is interested. Directors recommend to reject the offer. This will then put a floor on the shareprice at a more reasonable level. From here, a share raising could occur at a now more realistic level and raise significant money, thereby cancelling the need for hybrid securities... and no dilutionary effect.

    Anyway, my 2cents.
