Hi wealthcc,

No! It is a time for good buying imo; but in relation to Centro, whilst this may not be the bottom of the market (in general terms) I know some Insto's are seeing value & investing where they are seeing that value.

As an aside a friend of mine was only speaking with an Institution yesterday as it happens, who told me that that particular Institution was eager to place some AUD$1b into the market now.

Some of the risk has got to be taken out of Centro before any Insto's / Super Funds will recognise that value; and a lot of this has to do with the next milestone which we all thought was going to be easy, but with the hybrid possibility etc it has become more complex (yet again) imo.

I would not be surprised if CBA/CFS will jump at a hybrid, and further look at Centro for a home for some Superannuation cash imo. Anyways, just a few TP thoughts to add into the mix!
