    I think they owe us an annual report, an AGM and an EGM to approve the gazillion shares contemplated. I think I read somewhere 15 Jan 2024 for approval of issues so maybe that is the target date. If so, I'd expect all the notices and outstanding reports circa 15 December. I think that might be the magic date...

    maybe they are packaging an early Christmas present for all the retail mugs including the shrewd @ACEMINER
