So long as the PA purchase proceeds it may present a good buying opportunity if your hunch is correct. The Board is being significantly strengthened and has some real guts to it now particularly with the appointment of Mario as Chairman. Someone of his calibre would not be interested in chairing a dud. Zack and Jeffrey have plenty of skin in the game so my guess is we will see a very tightly run business going forward.
