If that is the case then the directors release of a company announcement on 27 August 2007 headed ""Clear Creek Gas production commences at over 7mmcf/day"" is misleading. As the announcement specifically mentions "production", it is severely misleading if in fact it was not "commercial production" that they were intending to announce. If they were intending to announce that the well had the "potential" to produce 7mmcf/day, then they should have explicitly stated so. In my opinion anyway. They only have themselves to blame for any perceived credibility issues.
