See the 11 Feb announcement and you'll see State Street became Substantial Holders. They are known shorters. I had a look at the technicals and the pattern of running the price up and crunching the price; and running the price up and crunching the price is clear. A little more pain looks very likely before the next run up, maybe next week.
It's how the big boys make their money often, with the price fluctuations they largely cause. It doesn't speak to the company's quality in my view, but more to the sharemarket.
We can only wait for the upcoming QR which should show the company is either debt free or nearly debt free having repaid Sprott, and including news of the Dingo Range DFS progress; we may see an annoucnement regarding further drilling results from the drilling programs underway.
