to annoy the sh!t out of you. It happens on all micro-cap stocks. Most likely it's a stock broker that doesn't need to pay brokerage, or some form of insto that has a flat monthly fee that they pay for unlimited trades. Do that hundreds of times across hundreds of companies and and you can start to snowball a tiny profit into a larger one; or manipulate a share price up and down to execute a larger pip trade.
