i cant believe the crap that's been allowed to go on unchecked for months/years in SLV in particular and hundreds of other stocks with 1 trade going thru at 2-3 minute intervals, and yet they have the HIDE to announce to the world "CHANGE IN SUBSTANTIAL HOLDINGS" multiple times in the last few months
