1) Roka phasha have been speaking the truth -
2) Eskom has been negotiating with Roka Phasha and not Bengwenyama in consulting on Eerstegeluk for a reason
3) The high court ruling of 2008 suggesting that Beng were squatters on Eerstegeluk is for a reason
4) If Beng have attempted at laying a land claim to Eerstegeluk and no one challenged it is because it was done covertly - because if government already recognised the residents as Roka Phasha I dont see any reason why they would not have challenged a land claim on their backyard
5) Genorah lawyers screwed up big time in the concourt
6) This casts serious doubts on Shapiros confident and emphatic claim of his client being the rightful owner to both farms - I also remember Shapiros initial email wherein he said that 'I think the name of the Roka Phasha land is DE GOEDEVERWACHTING' - if that is true then the government maps say that so does Eertegeluk
