So you are saying that the The Bengwenyama-YeMaswati Royal (The Bengwenyama-YeMaswati advisory councils to the chief) Is also advisers (and precedented in 2 court cases)to the Roka Phasha.
Even though the Roka Phasha now say that Bengwenyama-YeMaswati are not their Representatives as a community.

From what I have read, "G" didn't even talk to Roka Phasha in 06.
As for being benefactors, who held the rights under section 104 was pivotal to the whole case. all 3 cases. To say that "G"s lawyers dropped the ball is just not believable.
What the high court "found" is irreverent. The highest court in the land found them not material.

If I.S has indeed 1500 house holds behind him, he is representing the community. At least in "N"
