The ATLA had ample opportunity to present their concerns during the public consultation phase that closed late February. Presumably, and logically, they would have presented their objections to this forum, supported by scientific analysis of their claims, rather than relying on a spiritual connection with the region.

Given the bias of the ABC against all forms of energy, other than solar and wind-generated energy, it seems without surprise that the ATLA chose that organisation to promote their objection.
