My absolute fav is Violin.
Not for the bias of my late Father playing it, though it does matter to me;
but for the sheer power of various moods you can extract from these 4 gut strings.
Dad was a virtuoso who at 7 was already giving concerts in Poland.
Some scouts from America wanted to take him to US for further studies; alas my grandfather
wanted him to take over the family business.
War came, as a 16 year old Dad wandered east to escape Germans and wound up in Soviet zone of Ribentroff/Molotov division of Poland.
Rest is history.
I still have his little handmade chess set from Gulag times and his violin, pic
from a later professional musical career in Poland and a bit in Australia.
When in Hong Kong start 1970's, on a Sales Seminar, he applied to HK Symphony orchestra
for some evening side interest.
Within 1 audition was installed into 1st violin row. Super talent he was.

computer to listen to as a background therapy.
